What is the Invisalign Treatment Process?

Invisalign treatment starts with a consultation at All Smiles Family Dentistry. During this appointment, your provider completes an oral exam, reviews your medical history, and asks about your goals for treatment. Next, your provider evaluates your smile and takes a series of digital impressions.

Your provider uploads your impressions to a computer and maps out a precise, customized digital treatment plan. After creating a blueprint for the step-by-step movements of your teeth, your provider sends your impressions to a dental laboratory that manufactures your first set of Invisalign aligners.
To achieve the best possible results, you wear your aligners for 20-22 hours each day. Every 1-2 weeks, you return to All Smiles Family Dentistry, and your provider gives you a new set ofaligners. Slowly but surely, your teeth straighten and move into place.

How Long Does it Take to See the Results of Invisalign?
